Financial Policy: 

             Thank you for choosing Kennesaw Mountain Veterinary Services. Our primary mission is to deliver the best and most comprehensive veterinary care available for your pet. An important part of the mission is making the cost of optimal care as easy and manageable for our clients as possible by offering several payment options. KMVS requires payment in full at the end of your pet’s examination and/or treatment at time of discharge.

Deposits:

             For some treatments and hospitalize care, minimum prepaymnet amounts are required, ranging from 50% of the treatment care plan.

Additional Policy Information:

• KMVS charges $35 for returned checks.
• KMVS does not file insurance claims. If you have pet insurance, payment in full is due at time of service. We are happy to provide you with the necessary documentation to submit a claim to your insurance carrier for reimbursement.
• KMVS has a cancellation/No show fee of $35 if you are unable to cancel your appointment within 24 hours.
